Our leadership team has decades of experience – not exclusively within the smoking accessories arena, but also in FMCG, alcoholic drinks, tobacco – allied to the successful management of business with independent retail, symbol groups, wholesalers & distributors, online, and of course major retail chains. Arkadiusz Trela - Director
Arkadiusz is an expert in the area of strategy and business development, with over 20 years of experience in international markets, both in b2b and b2c categories. He gained experience managing international teams in major corporations and providing strategic and commercial advisory. Arkadiusz is based in Poland and supervise the continental Europe markets.
Norbert Dewitt - Director
Norbert has worked in management positions within the FMCG sector for more than 25 years. He handled distributor, wholesale and retail partners. In addition, he is experienced in supervising marketing and sourcing processes and has an excellent knowledge of the technical details of flame producing articles like cigarette lighters, multipurpose lighters, gas torches, etc… Norbert lives and works in Mönchengladbach, Germany and manages BONFUMO in Germany, Benelux, Austria, Switzerland and Scandinavia.
Sol James - Director
Sol has worked at C level in general and commercial management within the smoking, FMCG and international real estate sectors for 30 years. He has driven and managed high growth international businesses with major retail chains, distributors, independent & symbol group retailers in addition to business development for products across Europe & the Far East.
Sol is based in Cardiff, UK, and manages BONFUMO in the UK & Ireland.
